To begin the process, login to the VPN as documented at http://faq.iiaweb.com/vpn. 1. SETUPAfter logging in to the VPN client, click on the preferences button on the top right of your browser window. ![]() You will then see a preferences page where you can change user options. Next, click on the General tab. After clicking on the General tab, you will need to enter your email address, as well as any persistent teleconference info, such as the information for your personal teleconference number so that it will automatically be attached to your meeting invitations. After that has been entered, click the Save Changes button. 2. Meeting Creation from the WebFrom here, click on the Meeting button at the top of the page. You will be given the option of creating secure meetings from outlook if you are logged on to the Users realm using an IIa laptop or desktop. If you click on the here link on that page, it will download the Secure Meeting for Outlook plugin, adding a quick way to schedule meetings from within your client. You can create an Instant Meeting that will email you with information you can forward to another party that will allow them access to a meeting that begins immediately. You can also create a scheduled meeting that will happen at a later time by clicking on New Meeting. Fill out the following to begin schedule your secure meeting.
