Q: When I download from VPN via a network drive, "%" characters are being added to the file name. How do I prevent this? A: The VPN web portal puts the characters there in place of spaces. There is no way for it to not do this as it has to translate the path to a usable format and this is the standard method. To keep this from happening, eliminate spaces from the file name and re-download the file. |
